Please read the following terms and conditions before completing your booking.
Dear Client,

Please note that if KF HAIR AND MAKEUP travel out to your destination they will arrive 30 minutes prior and set up their kit. Please ensure there is a table at hip length and charging ports for KF accessories. If we arrive early morning and there is no sun out please ensure that there is a light switched on and when KF HAIR AND MAKEUP try to get in contact with you please have your phone on standby. If you are running late to your appointment you may lose your booking or maybe charged a late fee.

We do not offer refunds or credit if you choose to change your mind or reschedule the time. You will need to pay a new deposit if any changes are made. All payments that need to be paid on the booking day need to be paid in cash. If you choose to pay through eftpos or via bank transfer there will be an extra surcharge. KF HAIR AND MAKEUP will not tolerate abusive language, tone of voice or feel intimidated by the client towards the KF staff members. We can choose to cancel your appointment and not give back your deposit.
